About the role#
The Supply Chain Intern supports and improves daily merchandising operations. You will gain experience in replenishment, vendor management, and item integrity while troubleshooting issues and working on future initiatives. This role is based in Oklahoma City for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the support and maintenance of the DAX/IM replenishment software.
- Recommend improvements for the supplier portal application based on user feedback.
- Manage vendor information and contracts.
- Build relationships with vendor and supplier personnel.
- Understand current processes and apply improvement standards.
- Assist with aligning vendor supply chains with company operations.
- Troubleshoot assigned store work orders and keep management informed of concerns.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related major.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- High level of self-motivation and direction.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment.
