About the role#
KPMG Canada is hiring a Management Consulting P&C Intern for our Winnipeg office. This is a 4-month internship running from January to April 2027. You will join our Advisory practice to help clients navigate the people dynamics that influence business performance and organizational transformation.
What you'll do#
- Assist clients with strategic alignment and workforce shaping.
- Support digital HR transformation and culture shifting projects.
- Engage in capability building and learning initiatives.
- Contribute to optimizing talent agendas for private and public sector organizations.
- Help clients navigate people dynamics related to business performance and behavioral change.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program, including fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Human Resources, or Political Science.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- A strong sense of personal accountability.
