About the role#
We are seeking candidates for a Management Consulting internship within our Technology Strategy and Transformation team in Victoria. This is a 4-month position running from May to August 2027. You will work alongside digital and functional leaders to help clients navigate the impact of new technology on their business.
What you'll do#
- Advise clients on the business impacts of new technology.
- Develop tailored technology strategies.
- Create and execute implementation plans.
- Drive business value through digital transformation efforts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program, specifically in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Current standing in your first, second, or third year of study.
- A strong academic record.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- A proven track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
- A clear interest or background in technology.

- Location: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Compensation: Annual base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, with potential eligibility for bonus awards.
- Employment: This is a full-time, paid internship.
