    About the role#

    This is a 16-month co-op opportunity based in Estevan, Saskatchewan. You will work with the Pipeline Integrity department to manage integrity threats for liquids pipelines. Your work involves inspections, data analysis, and preparing recommendations for mitigative actions. You will spend most of your time in an office setting, with occasional travel to view infrastructure and meet with stakeholders.

    What you'll do#

    • Collect, manage, and analyze pipeline construction and condition data from inspections.
    • Prepare documentation to secure project approvals and funding.
    • Conduct quality assurance activities and work with service providers to resolve issues.
    • Develop and compile documents required for the safe execution of work.
    • Provide support on pipeline integrity matters and respond to stakeholder requests.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project justifications, economics, and alternatives analysis.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an Engineering program at a qualified education institution.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • A valid Class 5 driver’s license and an acceptable driver’s abstract is an asset.
