About the role#
This is a 12-month co-op position based in Estevan. You will support the Integrated Operations Center by managing data within the Azzier maintenance system. Your work helps ensure the successful startup of the Mitsue Truck Terminal and supports ongoing asset management across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Enter and validate equipment data for new terminal assets.
- Create and maintain preventive maintenance job plans, SOPs, and equipment routes.
- Work with Operations and Maintenance teams to keep asset information accurate.
- Organize and digitize existing asset records.
- Find and fix data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Help improve documentation and internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering program at a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively with office and field staff.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- A focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Location & details#
- Location: Estevan, Saskatchewan.
- Work modality: Hybrid. You will work from the office Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
- This is a paid, full-time co-op term.
