About the role#
The Analyst Relations team works with industry research and advisory firms to build awareness of Kinaxis. You will support the day-to-day operations of the global program while gaining experience in market and competitive intelligence. This position involves working across Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to help inform company positioning and business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Capture and synthesize insights from analyst briefings, inquiries, and research.
- Identify analyst, market, and competitive trends to translate them into actionable business insights.
- Support major industry analyst research and evaluations from firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- Maintain analyst interaction and relationship data within the internal AR platform.
- Prepare briefing materials and pre-event guides for Kinaxis executives and subject matter experts.
- Track upcoming research, engagement opportunities, and analyst sentiment.
- Contribute to an AI-focused project aimed at improving how the team organizes and uses analyst intelligence.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Marketing, Market Research, Business, Communications, or related program.
- Strong written communication, research, and analytical skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about technology, markets, and business strategy.
- Interest in applying AI tools to research and business workflows.
- Ability to work with information from multiple sources to create concise insights.
Location & details#
- Term: Full-time, 8 or 12-month position starting January 2027.
- Compensation: $19.46 to $28.55 per hour.
- Work Modality: Remote, or hybrid if based in Ottawa or Toronto (minimum three days per week in office).
- Eligibility: Open to co-ops and interns currently enrolled in education or within 12 months of graduation.
