About the role#
This co-op position joins the Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation Team. You will work with transformation leaders and project managers to pilot and scale AI solutions for large-scale supply chain initiatives. The role focuses on applying AI to improve how projects are planned, managed, and executed across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Design and improve AI-assisted project reporting processes.
- Create executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and project summaries.
- Build reusable AI prompts and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Transform project data into actionable business insights.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, emerging risks, and potential roadblocks.
- Develop AI-supported methods for early risk detection and predictive indicators.
- Create a centralized knowledge repository for lessons learned and best practices.
- Develop reusable templates and resources for project management.
- Support the creation of an AI adoption playbook for project teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to present findings and contribute to pilot projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of college coursework.
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA is preferred.
- Coursework or experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or automation.
- Experience using AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
