About the role#
Kimberly-Clark offers engineering co-ops and internships for students to gain hands-on experience in research, product development, and manufacturing. You will join multidisciplinary teams to work on real projects that contribute to our strategic business goals. You will be treated as a valuable contributor with your own responsibilities, while receiving professional feedback through performance evaluations.
What you'll do#
- Explore various areas under the research and engineering umbrella, including product design, process improvement, and experimental design.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and scientists to solve specific problems or address gaps.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions such as marketing, finance, and operations.
- Drive actions to completion when facing challenging situations or complex tasks.
- Participate in performance evaluations to gauge your strengths and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Computer, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least one year of college coursework.
- A minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Neenah, Wisconsin.
- Terms: Summer 2027 or Fall 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
