About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will work with our tax team on federal and state income tax accounting, compliance, and consulting. You will gain exposure to complex accounting issues in a team-oriented environment. This role involves meaningful work that supports our strategic business goals. You will receive work direction, mentoring, and feedback from a program coach, and you will have the opportunity to visit a manufacturing location and interact with senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist with federal and state income tax accounting.
- Compile and analyze financial information.
- Research and document tax filing positions.
- Prepare tax returns and perform account reconciliations.
- Provide administrative assistance to tax professionals.
- Lead an individual project within your business unit.
- Participate in standardized onboarding and training.
What you'll need#
- Current college student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from early June to late August.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour, eligible for overtime pay.
