About the role#
The Finance Intern for Data Analysis supports our finance team by processing operational data and building reports. You will work on business performance analysis and collaborate with teams across the organization to help inform decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets to identify patterns and improve reporting processes.
What you'll do#
- Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from various sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, financial reports, and data visualizations for management.
- Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Work with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain departments on data-driven projects.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Support the development of new data tools and reporting processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of data management, business analytics, and financial analysis.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings to different audiences.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools and basic knowledge of SQL or databases is preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
