About the role#
As a Production Operations Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper in Williamson, New York, you will help develop and implement Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to improve the safety, quality, and productivity of our manufacturing operations. You will work alongside Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams. This role requires significant time on the production floor to observe processes, engage with employees, and document best practices. This position is for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 4 to June 25, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop SWIs for safety, quality, and production to reduce process variation and standardize critical tasks.
- Observe manufacturing processes and collect information from operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Verify and validate work instructions through employee engagement and process confirmation.
- Document equipment operation, product changeovers, inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting activities.
- Audit existing documentation to identify opportunities for improved clarity and compliance.
- Build technical knowledge through direct observation and hands-on learning.
- Use Microsoft Office tools and plant information systems to manage process documentation.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and identify ways to strengthen process control.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program for Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Leadership, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Completion of at least two full years of undergraduate study.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and maturity.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and spending time on the production floor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse functions.
- Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Location: Williamson, New York.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Modality: On-site.
