About the role#
Keeley Companies is seeking an Onboarding/Orientation Co-Op for the Corporate People Operations team in St. Louis, Missouri. This full-time position supports the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their first day and successfully integrated into the organization.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have necessary equipment, accounts, and workspace access.
- Process onboarding tasks through the HRMS and guide new hires through required forms, policies, and procedures.
- Support the verification of Form I-9s and other employment documentation.
- Update onboarding checklists, presentations, and internal resource guides.
- Maintain accurate team member records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with HR audits by organizing documentation and verifying record accuracy.
- Collect and organize onboarding feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing HR documents and maintaining databases.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a diverse team environment.
