About the role#
K2 Integrity is hiring an intern to support the Investigations and Disputes practice for the summer of 2026. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Washington, D.C.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research using a wide range of open sources.
- Help write detailed reports.
- Brief project managers on your findings.
- Keep accurate and organized records of your work.
- Handle other tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in criminal justice, pre-law, political science, business administration, economics, psychology, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to summarize complex information and analyze unfamiliar topics.
- Experience with public record, investigative, or financial research is preferred.
- Experience with social media and deep web research is preferred.
- Previous internship or work experience in a corporate, legal, or government environment is preferred.

- This role is located in Washington, D.C.
- The position is on-site and full-time for the summer of 2026.
- This is a paid internship at $18 per hour.
