About the role#
Jordan's Furniture is offering a 10-week paid internship for Summer 2027 within our E-Commerce department. This role provides hands-on experience in digital merchandising, website operations, online marketing, and customer experience optimization. You will work alongside our team to support the digital side of our retail business.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily operations including product setup, content updates, online merchandising, and website maintenance.
- Support special projects focused on website enhancements, digital marketing campaigns, and platform initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities by tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Prepare for development sprint planning by organizing business requirements, reviewing enhancement requests, and tracking ticket status.
- Compile operational reports on website performance, sales results, and project status to help inform business decisions.
- Research industry trends and competitor websites to provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Analyze web traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in Ecommerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or Business.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A clear interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and retail trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in digital tools as a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiastic approach to learning and working within a team.

- This position is based in Dedham, Massachusetts.
- The role is a full-time, paid internship at $23.00 per hour.
- Work modality is hybrid.
