About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our Furnish Your Future development program based in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role is on-site and requires travel to various retail store locations throughout New England. Please note that some weekend shifts are required.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the June Sales Training Cohort.
- Work with experienced commissioned sales consultants and the management team to learn the selling process.
- Use a consultative approach to help guests find merchandise that fits their needs and budget.
- Lead a project focused on your discoveries over the summer and how you generated sales.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising college senior currently enrolled in a business management, business administration, or marketing degree program.
- An interest in sales and customer service.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Prior customer service or retail sales experience is a plus.
