About the role#
The Warehouse Operations & Analytics Co-Op supports supply chain and warehouse operations within the CAR-T manufacturing network. This role involves hands-on work in capacity planning, inventory management, and process optimization within a regulated cell and gene therapy environment. You will work alongside Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to improve material flow and support strategic initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inventory risks, and capacity constraints.
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Assist with warehouse expansion and manufacturing growth through capacity modeling and workflow analysis.
- Conduct process mapping, time studies, and material flow studies to improve operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Manage inventory activities for critical supplies and refine control processes.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate communication between stakeholders to complete deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum Junior standing at an accredited university.
- Experience analyzing data with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
- Preferred experience includes supply chain analytics, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and coding tools like SQL, Python, R, or VBA.
- Interest in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or regulated supply chain environments is preferred.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
