About the role#
DePuy Synthes is hiring for a Production Planning Co-Op in Warsaw, Indiana. This role offers practical experience in manufacturing and supply chain planning under the guidance of experienced planners. You will support the team with scheduling, data maintenance, and production reporting.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and update weekly production schedules based on priorities.
- Create and update work orders in the planning system.
- Review material and inventory information to identify potential shortages.
- Maintain planning data, spreadsheets, reports, and scheduling trackers.
- Develop and support routine production planning metrics, including schedule attainment and inventory status.
- Communicate production priorities to manufacturing partners and follow up on open work orders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university during the Co-Op period.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- This position is located in Warsaw, Indiana.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid Co-Op.
- The term is for Winter 2027.
