About the role#
The Global Supply Chain Reliability Co-op position is based within the Value Chain Excellence organization. You will work with a team that monitors supply chain performance, identifies risks, and coordinates improvements. This role offers exposure to global end-to-end supply chain operations and provides the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that improve supply reliability for patients and customers.
What you'll do#
- Conduct data analytics and trending using AI and other methods.
- Oversee global end-to-end stockout program management and generate monthly metric reports.
- Formulate metrics and user requirements for the digitization of performance management processes.
- Collaborate across all supply chain functions, including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Quality.
- Update senior leaders on supply reliability and performance status.
- Lead the development and deployment of cross-organizational tools.
- Perform supply chain cycle time analysis and global import/export process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a similar major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong data analysis skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically generating pivot tables and graphs.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Capacity to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
