About the role#
The Deliver Business Unit Integration Co-Op works within the MedTech division to support strategic supply chain initiatives. You will interface with regional teams, distribution operations, and business units to focus on strategy development, value identification, and process improvements. This is a full-time, paid position based in Raritan, New Jersey, for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing status updates and action plans to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams across planning, distribution, and transportation to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
- Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform S&OP reviews and network optimization tasks.
- Conduct cost and benefit analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
