About the role#
The Sales Planning Intern joins our team for the Summer 2027 program. You will support Southeast Toyota by working on reporting, analysis, and presentation development. This role helps you build business acumen while contributing to data-driven decisions. You will work full-time from May 24, 2027, through July 30, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Update recurring reports and create ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
- Build clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership and dealer meetings.
- Find ways to streamline and automate reporting processes to help the team work more efficiently.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and company-approved AI tools for your daily tasks.
- Work with team members and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, or other degree-seeking program.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and build cross-functional relationships.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and improving business processes.
- High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach.

- This position is located on-site in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
