About the role#
As a Fleet Intern, you will support business operations and contribute to department initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience using data to support Fleet customers and field teams. You will gain an understanding of Fleet customer orders, wholesales, and VPC processing goals while learning about the company culture.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business information to develop insights for Fleet customers.
- Create dashboards and reports to track customer business mix, order flow, and accessory mix.
- Provide data support to the Rent a Toyota and TCUV field teams to help drive market share.
- Monitor Fleet customer orders, wholesales, and VPC processing goals for management reporting.
- Perform research and data analysis to support department initiatives.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and communicate your progress to the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting business information.
- Ability to communicate insights through data storytelling and present findings clearly.
