About the role#
As an Emerging Technology Intern, you will support the adoption of new tools and process improvements. You will work with teams to identify how AI and agentic technologies can streamline operations. This role combines business acumen with technical curiosity to help the organization integrate technology into daily workflows.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with business teams to find opportunities for technology-driven process improvements.
- Write, review, and validate SC Knowledge Articles to support AI proof-of-concept efforts.
- Act as a change advocate by helping socialize technology updates within the SETF environment.
- Build understanding of emerging technologies among stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Apply your grasp of customer service and business goals to identify areas for efficiency.
- Contribute to the broader strategy and implementation efforts for AI and agentic technologies.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, or other degree-seeking program.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- A degree path that combines business and technology disciplines, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Strong business acumen and an aptitude for technology.
- Demonstrated curiosity about new processes and ways of working.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
