About the role#
The Fixed Sales Solutions Intern position offers hands-on experience within the SET Fixed Operations team. You will support initiatives related to Parts and Service, working across departments to help drive dealer profitability. This role provides exposure to growth strategies, cross-functional operations, and strategic projects while allowing you to develop professionally in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Join the SET Fixed Operations Core and Extended team as an active contributor.
- Work with various departments to provide services that support dealer profitability in Parts and Service.
- Assist leadership in identifying and communicating growth strategies.
- Contribute to projects aligned with the Fixed Operations strategic roadmap.
- Help the field team execute dealer-facing initiatives.
- Assist in designing and running training programs focused on technician certification and Fixed Operations development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- Relevant coursework in Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented, creative, and curious mindset with a collaborative approach.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
