About the role#
As a SET Incentives Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Southeast Toyota’s incentive programs. You will support reporting, data analysis, program execution, and dealer-facing initiatives. This role works with stakeholders to improve the accuracy and speed of reporting while providing visibility into program performance and spend.
What you'll do#
- Support incentive program tracking and reconciliation to maintain accurate program and spend information.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting and data visualizations.
- Prepare program summaries and assist internal partners and dealer contacts with eligibility and timing questions.
- Assist with the monthly vehicle retail incentive process, including budgeting, scenario planning, and analytical support.
- Build PowerPoint presentations for dealer meetings.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
- Support the annual Dealer Incentive trip through data entry, guest list management, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with team members, other interns, and cross-functional partners.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework.
- Coursework or experience using data in finance, economics, marketing, or analytics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas.
- Experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027 - July 30, 2027).
