About the role#
The Fixed Field Operations Intern role provides hands-on experience supporting SET Fixed Field Operations. You will learn how field and office teams collaborate to support dealer operations. This position offers exposure to dealer engagement, field analytics, and key business areas to help build your professional skills in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Support Fixed Operations Managers with daily activities, special projects, reporting, and program execution.
- Travel with the field team to observe dealer engagement firsthand and learn the Fixed Operations Manager role.
- Develop an understanding of business areas including e-commerce, wholesale, and field analytics.
- Use PSIQ to evaluate performance and support field decision-making.
- Partner with office and field teams to coordinate priorities and maintain team effectiveness.
- Contribute to dealer-focused initiatives that improve communication and support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
- Completion of at least one semester of coursework in fields such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with internal and external partners.

- Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027 - July 30, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday - Friday.
- Employment Type: Full-time paid internship.
