    About the role#

    The Community Resources for Stability (CRS) Intern will support the Housing Stability Programs Manager, the CRS Programs and Data Specialist, and the CRS Director. This role focuses on administrative support, data management, and the maintenance of program resources. Interns will gain exposure to human services systems, case management policies, and database operations through team meetings and project work.

    What you'll do#

    • Transfer client paperwork into digital files on SharePoint.
    • Update case manager training materials and written tools to ensure they reflect current CRS policies and procedures.
    • Enter client survey and services information into various databases.
    • Assist in improving the functionality of the Case Worthy database.
    • Maintain and manage paper and electronic filing systems, including records, correspondence, and attendance logs.
    • Operate office equipment and assist with other duties as assigned based on program needs.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited degree program, with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn client database systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (proof required), subject to legally required exemptions.
