    About the role#

    As an HRBP Intern, you will join the JD Young Internship Program. This role provides hands-on exposure to human resources within a global business. You will work alongside experienced teams for 3 to 6 months to build fundamental skills and gain insight into how our operations function. This position is based in Atlanta and offers the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP role.

    What you'll do#

    • Support HR Business Partners with daily people operations and business initiatives.
    • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR administration.
    • Coordinate recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects across business teams.
    • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
    • Partner with stakeholders to improve the employee experience and refine HR processes.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a recent graduate or a final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
    • You are fluent in both English and Chinese, as Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
    • You have strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • You are self-motivated and proactive.
    • US Green Card holders are preferred, but OPT candidates will be considered.

    • This is an on-site role based in Atlanta, Georgia.
    • The position is full-time and paid.
    • Sponsorship is not provided for this role.
    • The internship term is on a rolling basis.
