About the role#
As an HRBP Intern, you will join the JD Young Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in people operations. This role is designed for students or recent graduates to work alongside experienced teams on real projects, supporting the HR function within a global business. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and operates on a full-time, on-site basis.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Business Partners with daily people operations and business initiatives.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR administration.
- Coordinate recruitment and talent development efforts across various business teams.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve the overall employee experience and support HR process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- US Green Card holder preferred, though OPT candidates will be considered.
