This is a full-time, paid position within the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program. You will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment. This role supports hiring initiatives across multiple sites in New Jersey and the Southern region over a 3–6 month period.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is preferred.
