About the role#
JAM Industries is seeking a Digital & Business Transformation Intern to support strategic projects within the Digital Transformation Office. This role focuses on data assessment, analysis, and the implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic transformation projects with a focus on data assessment and analysis.
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Participate in the implementation of solutions to enhance business outcomes.
- Support process improvement and operational effectiveness initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to simulate and support the decision-making process.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Technical coding proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, including the capacity to connect information from various sources.
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and an openness to learning new technology trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based project environment.
