About the role#
JAM Industries is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support our distribution operations. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Baie D'urfe, Quebec. The role operates on a rolling basis and requires availability to work from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and remote Sales Representatives.
- Enter orders into the ERP system and process drop-shipments and online orders.
- Monitor EDI and other automated forms of order entry.
- Follow up on the status of client orders and provide updates to customers.
- Place proactive outbound calls to a qualified dealer base.
- Process credit notes and handle clerical duties including RMA processing and ETA updates.
What you'll need#
- 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service or retail consumer electronics experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Ability to work Canadian Holidays.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Human Resources.
