About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to transportation and logistics management. You will work on-site in Phoenix during the summer of 2027. The role is part-time, requiring 20-25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist with transportation and logistics services for customers.
- Help with daily operational tasks, including freight planning and asset utilization.
- Support safety management, DOT compliance, and driver payroll.
- Participate in logistics analysis, driver supervision, and maintenance coordination.
- Assist with profit-and-loss management and Customer Value Delivery.
- Learn about industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
- Perform account-specific duties and other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Junior or Senior standing is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
