About the role#
ITW Global Tire Repair is looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team in San Luis Obispo. You will work directly with the Group Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness and engagement across our digital channels. This internship provides hands-on experience with global brands through a project-based program.
What you'll do#
- Create, edit, and publish original content for TikTok.
- Manage the brand community and support engagement on TikTok.
- Post and monitor activity across Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Identify current trends and incorporate them into our brand content.
- Plan and schedule posts to help maximize our reach.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or have equivalent relevant coursework.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with basic photography and videography for content creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to use social media platforms to strengthen brand presence.

- This is an on-site position based in San Luis Obispo, California.
- The term for this internship is Winter 2027.
- This is a paid, part-time role.
