About the role#
IPEX is looking for an End User Technology (EUT) Co-op student for the Fall 2026 term. Based in our Verdun office, you will support our team by focusing on user training, communication, and digital transformation. You will help users get the most out of our tools, including advanced Microsoft features, through tutorials, blogs, and webinars. This role reports to the End User Technology Manager.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and ensure requests are fulfilled within required timelines.
- Develop and document IT standards and solutions.
- Manage software licensing and compliance.
- Communicate with users during major incidents and provide status updates to the team.
- Build and deploy software packages to end users.
- Perform software and operating system security patching.
- Log requests in the system while following departmental procedures.
- Generate statistical reports and dashboards to help management analyze ticket handling and identify root causes for permanent resolution.
- Support community training during technology rollouts.
- Cross-train team members to ensure support continuity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a technical support program (AEC, DEC, or DEP) at a recognized institution.
- A customer service mindset.
- Network or Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
- ITIL certification is considered an asset.
