About the role#
The Innovation & Design Intern supports the Global Innovation & Design Center as they equip program teams to apply human-centered design. You will work with teams globally to solve problems and improve program outcomes. This role reports to the Director of Innovation & Design and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment. Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer position that provides a monthly stipend to help with expenses.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of a partner-facing data management system.
- Help with intervention lifecycle development.
- Support innovation events and brainstorming sessions.
- Synthesize and analyze qualitative data sets.
- Provide administrative support for the department and the broader organization.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study.
- At least one prior professional internship or significant leadership experience.
- Proficiency in research, writing, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Capacity to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith.
