About the role#
As an EAP Intern at Intermountain Health, you will gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting. This role is designed to help you connect your academic studies to practical work. You will contribute to department goals while learning about the daily operations of our team.
What you'll do#
- Support department projects by performing tasks and identifying solutions.
- Attend team meetings and share your knowledge.
- Shadow team members to understand different roles within the department.
- Take ownership of specific projects and work to meet established timelines.
- Provide operational and clerical support to the team as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited program related to Psychology, Communications, Public Health, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in skills relevant to the internship.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive rapport with employees and customers.
- A willingness to take on new assignments and work well both independently and in a team.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
