About the role#
The Administrative Fellowship in Value Based Care is a 12-month, full-time, paid experiential program running from July 2027 to July 2028. This role is designed for postgraduate professionals to contribute to major initiatives while developing into well-rounded healthcare leaders. You will work alongside the Desert Region Executive Leadership team in an immersive, rotational environment.
What you'll do#
- Lead a project or sprint involving healthcare operations, such as small-scale team management or contributing to large-scale initiatives.
- Participate in transformational changes aimed at improving operational efficiency, patient care, or clinical outcomes.
- Gain exposure to strategic planning and decision-making processes, including the implementation of new initiatives or process optimization.
- Influence and collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.
- Engage in community outreach, which may involve patient advocacy, health education, or governmental affairs.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or a clinical discipline such as Nursing, obtained from an accredited institution no earlier than Spring 2026.
- Demonstrated analytic, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and e-mail applications.
- Ability to meet all academic coursework requirements by the July 2027 start date.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires on-site attendance.
- The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and is eligible for company benefits.
