    About the role#

    This one-year internship provides exposure to manufacturing processes within a plastics facility. You will work as an Electrical or Process Engineer to help maintain product quality and safe equipment operation. This is a full-time, on-site role with a rolling start date.

    What you'll do#

    • Plan and coordinate production procedures.
    • Direct production departments and regulate the press area.
    • Introduce efficient production line methods.
    • Initiate procedures to increase company output.
    • Work on electrical components and assigned engineering projects.
    • Prepare reports on budget, production, downtime, and project status.
    • Learn project procedures, develop documentation, and build database applications.
    • Adhere to all company policies and complete tasks as assigned by the operations manager.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an Electrical or Process Engineering degree program.
    • Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Dependable attendance and a willingness to work non-standard hours when needed.
    • Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain productive workplace interactions.

    • Schedule: Full-time.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position.
