About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship within the Talent Acquisition team at the INTEGRIS Health Corporate Office. You will work alongside senior leaders to gain experience in operational projects, leadership development, and administrative staff work. Your responsibilities will increase in complexity as you receive training on the business and technological activities of the department.
What you'll do#
- Develop skills and subject matter knowledge relevant to talent acquisition.
- Coordinate committees and meetings.
- Assist department leadership with specific projects and functions.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and communications.
- Support the overall goals of the work area and the organization.
- Receive guidance and training from your assigned leader.
- Report to an assigned leadership position and perform other duties as requested.
What you'll need#
- A graduate or undergraduate degree related to the functional area is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate standard office machines like copiers, fax machines, and calculators.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Prior experience is preferred.
- A current Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to INTEGRIS and its insurance carrier, as this role requires the operation of a personal vehicle.
