About the role#
The Administrative Intern position at the INTEGRIS Health Foundation is a 10-week paid summer program. You will work alongside senior leaders to gain experience in operational projects, leadership development, and networking. This role involves entry-level professional administrative work that grows in complexity as you receive on-the-job training. You will report directly to an assigned leadership position.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate committees and meetings.
- Assist department heads and leaders with various projects and functions.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and communications.
- Develop subject matter knowledge and professional skills.
- Support the overall goals of the department and the organization.
- Receive guidance and training from your assigned leader.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What you'll need#
- A graduate or undergraduate degree related to the functional area is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate standard office machines like copiers, fax machines, and calculators.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- A current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to INTEGRIS and its insurance carrier, as this role requires the operation of a personal vehicle.
- Prior experience is preferred.

- This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The internship is an on-site, full-time role.
- The program runs from June 2027 through August 2027.
