About the role#
This 10-week paid summer internship places you within the Medical Group Operations team at INTEGRIS Health. You will work alongside senior leaders to gain experience in business, technological, and operational activities. The program includes project work, leadership development, and opportunities for clinical and non-clinical shadowing. This position begins in June 2027 and runs through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support department heads and assigned leaders with various projects and functions.
- Coordinate committee meetings and general team gatherings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and internal communications.
- Develop subject matter knowledge through training and guidance from leadership.
- Contribute to the overall goals of your assigned work area.
- Report directly to an assigned leadership position.
What you'll need#
- A graduate or undergraduate degree related to the functional area is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment like copiers, fax machines, and calculators.
- A valid Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to INTEGRIS and its insurance carrier, as this role requires the use of a personal vehicle.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Prior experience is preferred.
