About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship within the Corporate Accounting department. You will work alongside senior leaders to gain experience in the business and operational activities of our health system. The role involves entry-level administrative work that increases in complexity as you receive training and guidance from your assigned leader.
What you'll do#
- Develop subject matter knowledge and professional skills.
- Coordinate committee meetings and other gatherings.
- Assist the department head with various projects and functions.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and communications.
- Support the goals of your assigned work area.
- Report to your assigned leadership position.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
What you'll need#
- A graduate or undergraduate degree related to accounting or business administration is preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
- Proficiency with standard office machines like copiers, calculators, and fax machines.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- A current driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as you may need to operate a personal vehicle.
- Prior experience is preferred.

- This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The internship runs from June 2027 through August 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
