About the role#
Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is hiring an Employee Relations Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work within the HR and Communications department at our Arlington, Virginia office. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
You will support the Employee Relations team with daily tasks. Your work includes coordinating and documenting HR-led focus groups held across our four company sites. You will also help administer the Annual Employee Engagement Survey and compile the resulting data to help us understand employee sentiment.
What you'll need#
Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. We are looking for students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.

This position is based on-site in Arlington, Virginia. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
