About the role#
As a Package Specialist Intern, you will work with experienced professionals to solve business and technology challenges. You will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms like Workday. This role involves helping organizations operate and improve the applications that drive their workforce and business processes. You will work in a team-based environment and contribute to projects across various sectors, including healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Assist with application configuration and business process workflows.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support documentation and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with team members to understand specific business requirements.
- Translate HR and workforce needs into technology-enabled solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Systems, Economics, or Engineering.
- Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, or organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems using a structured approach.
- Exposure to projects involving business, HR, technology, analytics, or process improvement through coursework, student organizations, or internships.
- Understanding of how technology, data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence impact business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management, cloud-based business applications, or HR information systems.
- Interest in workforce transformation, enterprise SaaS platforms, and consulting.
