About the role#
We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in London, Ontario. You will work directly with our IT team to support hardware, software, and daily office technology needs.
What you'll do#
- Inspect, test, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Prepare, image, and configure computers for deployment to staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of IT assets.
- Assist the Service Desk team in resolving technical support tickets.
- Perform daily inspections of AV systems to ensure everything is ready for use.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, inventory, and asset changes.
- Coordinate with HR on the retrieval of IT equipment from departing employees.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a College Diploma or University Degree program in Ontario, specifically in a field like Computer Systems.
- Eligibility to participate in a co-op program.
- A demonstrated interest in technology and hands-on technical work.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
