About the role#
As a Solution Architect Intern, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions from initial requirements through to implementation. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission-critical business directives and translate them into effective technical designs. This role focuses on applying AI solutions to address specific business needs, with a particular emphasis on guiding customers through the development of agentic AI applications.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with customers to define and assess their agentic AI use cases and application requirements.
- Design and implement agentic AI applications while ensuring customer environments meet necessary pre-requisites.
- Lead workshops to explain the advantages of proposed solutions and discuss best practices.
- Advise on technical approaches including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and information retrieval.
- Develop technical solutions that align with business requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a B.S. or M.S. program in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Experience or coursework in LLM AI models, conversational AI, and agentic AI.
- Background in software development and solution architecture.
- Skills in data science and traditional AI/ML modeling evaluation, such as classification and regression.
- Knowledge of AI governance principles.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Markham, Ontario.
- The role operates on a hybrid work schedule.
