About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our AI and Data Science team. You will help design, build, and implement AI solutions while supporting the integration and performance of these systems. This is a hands-on technical role where you will work alongside engineering and senior development teams to solve real-world problems.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI systems.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to inform business decisions.
- Build predictive models and generate insights to help optimize company performance.
- Work with engineering and support teams to ensure models are scalable and effective.
What you'll need#
- A solid understanding of Python, Java, C++, or R.
- Foundational knowledge in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Familiarity with core machine learning concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and overfitting.
- Experience working with data through libraries such as NumPy or pandas.
- Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of testing, debugging, and code optimization.
- Awareness of fairness, bias, and responsible AI development.
- Prior coursework, personal projects, or research involving AI or machine learning.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
