About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within a collaborative team environment. You will work alongside professionals delivering solutions for government, defense, and intelligence clients. Throughout the program, you will participate in mentoring circles, interact with company leaders, and engage in professional development activities. You will also collaborate with a team of peers to research and propose solutions to a current business challenge.
What you'll do#
- Build and test AI workflows, including Agentic and Generative models.
- Perform data analytics, metrics ingestion, and analysis.
- Develop and test scripting and automation builds.
- Create and maintain AI and labor modeling tools.
- Collect and analyze data to provide reporting that guides labor estimates, decision-making, and statistical modeling.
- Participate in technical IT discussions and work with the CTO and technology teams on enterprise-level challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related STEM field at a United States-based university.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows using tools like MS365 Studio.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience or knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, vibe coding, and AI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, or Gemini.
- Basic coding capability, such as Python or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and an interest in estimation, risk analysis, and parametric models.
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
