About the role#
We are looking for Software Engineering interns to join our team at our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will ship real code to our users and work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams. This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 internship where you will learn how modern software development works in practice.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to features and tools used by coaches, athletes, and fans.
- Deliver meaningful impact through platform improvements and new capability development.
- Work across our tech stack using microservices architecture, CI/CD, and agentic AI workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Engage in hands-on guidance with experienced engineers.
What you'll need#
- You are a current degree-seeking student in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
- You are enthusiastic about shipping code to production.
- You have a collaborative mindset and are ready to participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- You are a continuous learner motivated to pick up new languages and frameworks.
- Experience with full-stack web applications is preferred.
- Experience with C# / .NET and Javascript / React is preferred.
- Passion for course projects, side projects, or open source contributions is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
- The hourly pay range is $30 to $31 USD, based on your academic standing.
- We provide housing and travel support for the duration of the internship.
