About the role#
As a Product Management intern, you will join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska for the summer of 2027. This is not a shadowing role. You will be embedded in a product team, working on software used by coaches, athletes, and parents. You will own your work, ship features, and measure the results to see if they moved the needle.
What you'll do#
- Identify real problems that are worth solving.
- Write user stories and advocate for the right tradeoffs with your squad.
- Interview coaches, athletes, or parents to validate ideas and translate feedback into clear requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to prepare for product rollouts.
- Write documentation and set sprint goals.
- Escalate clearly when you are stuck.
What you'll need#
- You are a current student pursuing a degree in any field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or Communications.
- You have some exposure to product management through a class, project, club, or job.
- You have a strong instinct for problem-solving and ask why a problem matters.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
- You are collaborative and comfortable working in ambiguous situations where you must make decisions with incomplete information.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska.
- This is a full-time, paid position with an hourly rate between $27 and $29, depending on your year in school.
- Housing and travel costs to Lincoln are covered by the company.
