    About the role#

    Bracco is hiring a Software Engineering Intern or Co-op to join the R&D sustaining team in 2027. You will work under the supervision of a senior software engineer to support legacy device software used by radiologists and cardiologists. This role offers exposure to the medical device industry and the regulatory requirements that govern product development.

    What you'll do#

    • Support legacy device software and maintain the infrastructure and documentation required for its upkeep.
    • Design and implement bug fixes.
    • Handle patch management and software configuration management tasks.
    • Contribute to dev ops processes.
    • Interface with product development, operations, and R&D departments.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Working knowledge of C, C++, or C#.
    • Ability to solve technical issues both independently and as part of a team.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Winter or Summer 2027 (up to 6 months).
    • Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
    • Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
